Jim Beem is a professional, knowledgeable serviceman! Recommended by my dealership for aftermarket installs. I have high standards for my off road truck and he did a great job updating my headlights and fixing a winch gear issue! So I will be going to him now for aftermarket parts install. It’s too bad I’m leaving in 2 months, wish I knew about him sooner! Thanks JB!

6/5/26 I PAID $1300 FOR A LEVELING KIT. WHEN I PICKED UP MY TRUCK I NOTICED THAT IT WAS ABOUT 2 INCHES LOWER IN THE FRONT. I BROUGHT IT BACK AND THE SALES REP REVIEWED THE KIT SPECS AND DISCOVERED A FOOT NOTE ON THE KIT DESCRIPTION STATING THIS KIT MAY NOT LEVEL ALL MODELS. THEN HE OFFERED TO PUT LOWERING SPRINGS ON THE REAR. THAT'S NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR AND IT IS NOT MY FAULT THE KIT DID NOT LEVEL MY TRUCK. THE TRUCK SHOULD HAVE BEEN MEASURED PRIOR TO ORDERING ANY PARTS! I'VE BEEN BACK SEVERAL TIMES TO GIVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE THIS RIGHT AND HAVE NO SOLUTION. THIS I NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR, I BROUGHT MY TRUCK TO WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A REPUTABLE BUSINESS FOR PROFESSIONAL WORK, I PAID PROFESSIONAL MONEY AND I'VE BEEN BAMBOOZLED.

I have had 2 cars re-tinted by Mike Ryan’s and both jobs have been immaculate. My first car I only had one window done and they matched the tint perfectly to the rest of the car. My second car was a complete job. Communication is on point and workmanship is outstanding. I will definitely be referring future clients to this shop!

We went to several different stores looking for a Truck cover and Mike Ryan's were the only ones who could help us on a time crunch. Keenan and Jim were extremely helpful and really worked with our time sensitive situation. Everyone working there was really friendly. We will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to everyone!
